Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made up to 30 days before the start date of the intensive are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the intensive are non-refundable, but full credit for future activities will be granted. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. In the event of cancellation by the organizers (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued. 2. Payment Policy Full payment is required to confirm your spot. We do not offer payment plans unless otherwise specified. Unpaid registrations will be automatically canceled after 7 days if payment is not completed. 3. Attendance & Participation Policy Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively engage in the program. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions. 4. Liability Waiver By registering, participants acknowledge that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the intensive. The organizers are not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen belongings, or any personal issues arising during the program. Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors. 5. Code of Conduct Respectful behavior towards instructors and other participants is mandatory. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate expulsion without refund. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who does not adhere to these guidelines. 6. Media & Content Release (optional, if you're filming or taking photos) By participating, you agree that photos and videos taken during the intensive may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify us in writing at least 3 days before the start of the intensive. 7. Force Majeure In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the organizers reserve the right to reschedule or modify the intensive. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organizers.
