1. Cancellation & Refund Policy Refunds are not possible. Credit is available for future identically priced activity only if an email with a noticed was sent 48 hours before the Strat time. Please email info@ate9online.com 2. Payment Policy Full payment is required to confirm your spot. We do not offer payment plans unless otherwise specified. 3. Attendance & Participation Policy No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions. 4. Liability Waiver By registering, participants acknowledge that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the activity. The organizers are not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen belongings, or any personal issues arising during the activity. Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors. 5. Code of Conduct Respectful behavior towards instructors and other participants is mandatory. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate expulsion without refund. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who does not adhere to these guidelines. 6. Force Majeure In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the organizers reserve the right to reschedule or modify the event. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, refunds will be issued.
